Does "A" time include feeding time?

Quick question re A time for a 12 week old.

Does A time start from the point he wakes up? Or does it start from when he's finished feeding?

The reason I ask is that he actually spends only 10-15 minutes on the breast, but with burping and cuddling time, it normally takes about 30 minutes for a "feed" in total, which I end with a nappy change, which then effectively starts "A" time.

So does A time officially start from wake time, end of time on the breast, or from start of nappy changing time?

A time is the moment they wake up to the moment the go back to sleep, so yes that would include feeding
