Hi
I'm Lisa and mum to 2 DD and 1 DS, My ds is 7 months old and 22lb I am starting to introduce food now into 3 meals a day and want to check I'm heading down the right track! Unbelievable to say ive done this before twice!!
He has always been an easy baby sleeping from 8pm til 8am from 8n weeks old!! He never cries and can read his cues well. Our routine is as follows.

8am 8oz milk and 6 tsp cereal
12am 8tsp puree and 6oz offered after solids
3pm 6oz
5.30pm 8tsp puree and 4oz
7.30pm 8oz

Am I on the right track? Should I up his solids at lunch time and tea time so the milk drops off so eventually on 3 bottles of 8oz a day?

Thanks for your help much appreciated

Just bumping this up for you, my ds doesn't take bottles so I'm afraid I can't help- not sure of the amounts needed but hopefully someone else will come on and help.
