ok so the last wake up was at

3.25pm, she did well till bedtime, my dh fed her and was in bed by
6.30pm (3 hours A time till bed)

She woke this morning at

6.00am whoo hoo was happy with that, so based on what she has given me yesterday she does roughly an 11 hour 30 min night and a 12 hour 15 min day give or take by the time she gets to sleep etc adds on more A time.

Lets see how today goes so today will base on

3 hour 30
3 hour 15
3 hours if not 3 hour 15 see how she goes

ok well we had a great night. 12 hours sleep whoo hoo i was worried because i didnt hear her. SO what happens in that case that she sleeps past 12 hours do i just let her sleep until she wakes? i know it wont be that often or will it happen again that she wakes after 12 hours but if she ever does do i wake her at 12 hours?

so last night she went to bed at 6.35pm (3 hour 15 A) till bed time today so far

6.35pm wake
10.05am sleep (1 hour nap)
11.05am wake (3 hour 15 A)
2.20pm sleep, but was hard to settle, maybe i should have put down earlier? as it takes her about 5 imn to get to sleep, where i just put her down right on 2.20pm.

now should i just stick with the 3 hour 30 A time? or should i be putting her to bed no matter what time she wakes up so at 9.30am? ive just heard that you should stick with the same nap times during the day so in my case 9.30am and 1.45pm

thanks kirsten

ok what happens when she refuses the PM nap? she has been winging for about 45 min i went in there after 15 min and she just refuses to go to sleep, put down at the 3 hour 15 min mark but wont go to sleep, when do i get her up? and just aim for an Eearly bedtime

I'd stick to 3.30 A times and adapt naps accordingly!  I only stuck to a set nap time once we switched to one nap!

So you are saying i should do this

3 hour 30 A
3 hour 30 A
3 hours A

or should i stick with

3 hour 30
3 hour 30
3 hours

after her 1 hour AM nap i give her 3 hour 15, but it takes about 15 min for her to settle. i should i just stick with what im at?
