Leorah is big time prone to NTs, she has had them within the first hour of waking too  :P I think on occassion she has had a night with multiple terrors and then can she have them after midnight but she has never as far as I can remember had a stand alone NT after midnight. Here are they also always down to OT  ::) I believe NTs in very young children are never due to stress so those Tuesday nights are more than likely down to OS and OT during the day. Sorry I ahevn't read the whole thread, have you tried earlier bedtime on Tuesdays? EB is the only only way we have been able to get on top of NTs.

We cannot do an earlier bedtime on Tuesday nights :( We literally run to the car from the boat, drive home as fast as we can, dip his toes in the bath, feed him and stick him in bed. He eats dinner on the boat, to cut down on things to do when we get home...

EBT has been working other days though, so while DH is away (he thinks its not OT), I'm doing EBT and trying to get the nights as long as I can. He slept 5:00 til 6:30 last night with one NT early on in the night and two NW's. I do think maybe some SA is involved here too at least with some of the later ones - he's pretty out of it but once he smells me, he'll nuzzle into me :-\ There's just so much going on developmentally for him at the moment that I cannot pinpoint any one thing to work on.

Day care was my problem with managing an EBT too - the only way I solved it was to pop to my Mum's (local to daycare) and get him ready for bed there brefore driving home (we have a long drive back). He would then fall asleep in the car and I'd just transfer him to bed. Could you get him ready for bed before leaving daycare?

We could try but he'd have to sleep on a carrier/pram on the boat and then transfer to the car for 15mins then to bed :-\ Lots of transfers in a short time and sleeping in a carrier/pram... he hasn't done that for longer than 30mins in months! We also have a short timeframe of 10mins from when work finishes to pick him up and get down to the marina to get the boat, not a lot of time to squeeze in a bath and a BF :(

I might just have to get an earlier boat home and see if I can get someone to give DH a lift when he finishes work but it's not a long-term solution... Can discuss with my boss but he'll want to know how long for. He's up for keeping my job flexible because they want to keep me but I'm not sure how long he'd be ok with 6hr days instead of 8 :P
