Thanks, she actually didn't fall asleep until 7.30pm but she was quieter than usual! Awake at 5.30am this morning  ::). Is it worth doing w2s? I've only ever done it on naps so if so, what time would be best to do it?

Or do I just ride it out? X

Just ride it out with the Set  naps/bt. you can bring the nap forward 15min for an EW etc.  My lo was chronic CHRONIC :) early waker and it took set naps/bt to really get him back on track and even then if he needed a routine tweak, or was in discomfort he was back to 5:30. So it just takes time.

Cool beans, thanks so much! I hate 5.30, but she does always seem to revert back to it as soon as something else is going on...Oh well, at least the sun is shining atm! X

Yep mine did too. I promise there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We instituted a gro clock time device a few months ago for those times he does revert back and it's been amazing. :)

Just wanted to say I have a chronic EW too and have just gone to set naps/BT to try and fix the problem.

Let's hope it works huh as I'm sick of seeing 5 something on the clock every morning!!!

Thanks for checking in Naomi. Not too bad considering. One NW at 1.30am but easy enough to resettle. Wu was a little better this morning  I think, I was shattered so didn't hear her until 6.10pm. She managed to get to set nap time ok and I had to wake her again at 2hrs.

Pd at 7 tonight, she's really trying to go off to sleep bless her. No funny business so far. Onwards and upwards eh?! X

Let's hope so. She woke up at 5.30am this morning, but actually went back to sleep! Yay! First 11hr night for a while!!

She's still taking 30mins+ to fall asleep, but we can't have everything eh?!
