Hi

My daughter is almost 6 months old (born July 29).

She is 2 naps and one cat nap.

For A times, is there a reference page that states that time between wake and first nap is different than between 1st and 2nd nap and between 2nd and 3rd nap?

Still trying to get the right A time for her.

Thank you in advance.

No Honey, but it's totally normal in my opinion. Usually first A is slightly shorter and is often followed by shorter nap. Also A after shorter nap can be shorter than after 2.5h nap.

Sorry to sound like I'm contradicting but my LO and many others liked a longer first A time and shorter through the rest of the day.
IMO and IME on the boards a LO can prefer one or the other and it's really down to observing the individual to work out which is best for your own LO.

Mine always needed very long (longer than guidance times) first A, shorter second and very short last A to BT.

At 6 months though your LO is likely ready to move to 2 long naps and drop the CN.
