It took 40 mins and in the end he stopped doing walk in walk out and just stood there whilst she kicked the cot, screamed and shouted for me. At 40 mins it was like she gave up, stopped screaming, rolled over and went to sleep and that was her for the night  8 ???

It is a battle of wills it might take longer tonight then less the night after.
Walk in walk out made my DS1 angry so I used to sit at the end of the cot side on just repeating sleepy time lay down etc x

Just stick to it, if you sit there your reassuring her but not being the prop...she will get it. Good luck, get something cool chilled for afterwards x
