I got my period!! I think...

I started my period today even though my dd is 5 months old and exclusively breastfed.  Is this normal??

Hi - i got my periods back at around 16 weeks - and also exclusively breastfeed, still do (now 8 months) and my periods are very regular now (never used to be)

i was visiting my family in Canada when mine came back at five months, talk about stunned (and annoyed!!!) becasue my baby was exclusively bf  til 6months and still breastfeeds

Yes unfortunatly for you thats perfectly normal. All ladies are different and some get thiers back striaght away dispite ebf  ::)

yep, my DD was EBF and I got mine at exactly 3 months while I was visiting family in the UK. I too was really hacked off as I was sooo unprepared!!

I got mine a couple of days ago - my baby is just over 5 months and exclusively breast fed. I am completely ****ed off about it as I HATE periods  >:(, although I must say I have never had such a pain-free light period. Maybe they will soon get back to being the hell they used to be...

I got mine a couple weeks ago for the first time since lo was born and, he is also EBF! I am glad though that it was very light and pain free as well! It is great to know that everything is in working condition but come on a few more months bliss would have been wonderful!

Got mine bang on 28 days after the lochia stopped, have had 2 more since, the pms with the first 2 was the worst iv ever had...really thought i was going off my rocker!  and i am still ebf.

So with you, there, Jodie!  Mine came back at 13.5 months, and now, after a miscarriage, are completely screwy all over again.  And I'm hoping to get pregnant again soon...

I THINK ??? I got my period the other day???!!  LO is 8 months and ebf...very light flow Wednesday, nothing yesterday, and some spotting today! Bizarre! I would also like to get pregnant againg, but not sure what is going on!
