Have you tried baby massage?  I know that my diet hasn't changed since I bf ds but ds still became very gassy.  I don't know why he suddenly became gassy but I have noticed that after eating certain foods, ds is more gassy.  I hate to eliminate the food causing this as I love to eat but I'm thinking that moderation and baby massage and holding him upright for 10-15 min should help.  HTH

Hi Rinchen and welcome - I made this into a new topic as your issues might be a bit different...

There can be many reasons for gas and discomfort after feeding. A couple of questions first... Is she latching well, or is she taking in lots of air when she nurses? Burping well can help if this happens. How has her weight gain been lately?  How often does she nurse and how long does she tend to stay on?  Are you single or double sided nursing?  Does she have at least 6 wet diapers a day and is she pooing regularly?

Just to add to Erin's questions:
Has she recently had a growth spurt i.e. been through a phase of nursing more frequently and increased your supply.
Has she recently speeded up/ become a more efficient nurser?
